We hear it from almost every company we work with: "We'd love to do something like this, but we just don't know where to start." The good news is that organising a workplace wellness program is far simpler than it sounds — especially when you have the right partner handling the details.

Here's exactly what the process looks like, from first conversation to your team's first session.

Step 1: The discovery call (15 minutes)

Everything starts with a short conversation. We'll ask about your team — how many people, what industry, typical work patterns, any known areas of stress or physical discomfort. We'll also ask what you're hoping to achieve: is this about stress management, physical health, team culture, or all three?

We'll also talk about gauging demand. Some companies already know their team is keen. Others want to run a quick internal survey first — we can help you draft one. Either way, we want to understand the appetite before we design anything, so the program actually gets used.

There's no obligation and no pressure. This call is genuinely just about understanding your team.

Step 2: We design your program

Based on our conversation, we'll put together a program tailored to you. This includes:

All program design is done by our physiotherapist. That means sessions are structured around movement science, not just a generic yoga sequence — and that any physical concerns in your team are accounted for from the start.

"Most teams are surprised by how quickly they go from 'we should do something about wellness' to having their first session booked. It's typically under two weeks from first call to first class."

Step 3: Logistics — simpler than you think

Here's what you actually need to provide:

We've run programs in glass-walled boardrooms, industrial warehouses, open-plan floors, and rooftop terraces. If there's a flat surface, we can make it work.

Timing is flexible. Most clients choose lunch (12–1pm) or end of day (5–5:45pm). We'll work around your team's calendar, not the other way around.

Step 4: The first session

The first session is always a gentle introduction. No experience required, no particular fitness level assumed. We start by meeting your team where they are — some people will have practised yoga before, others will have never done it. Both are completely fine.

Within two or three sessions, most teams are surprised by how much they look forward to it. The physical benefits build over time, but the immediate effect — a cleared head, reduced tension, a genuine mid-week pause — tends to land in session one.

Common questions

How many people do we need?

Programs work best with 5–30 participants per session. Smaller and larger groups are both possible — just mention it on our call and we'll tailor accordingly.

Does the team need to be fit or flexible?

Not at all. Our programs are designed for real people with real desk jobs. Everything is offered with modifications, and no one is ever pushed beyond what works for their body.

What if interest is low at first?

This is common. We can help you build internal momentum — some teams start with six people and grow to twenty within a month. A good first session does most of the marketing for you.

How does pricing work?

Programs are priced per session based on group size and frequency. We'll give you a clear, transparent quote after our discovery call — no vague "packages," just a number that makes sense for your team and budget.
