Our Story
Mindful Yoga Collective was founded on a simple professional observation: in occupational rehabilitation, we often see injuries only after they've occurred. As a Physiotherapist, our founder Greeshma recognised the urgent need for a proactive, evidence-based approach to movement within the modern workspace.
As a Registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Greeshma brings a deep diagnostic understanding of human mechanics and workplace health and safety (WHS). Her background ensures that Mindful Yoga Collective's methodology is not only effective but clinically accessible to individuals of all physical levels.
Meet the Team
Physiotherapist / Yoga Teacher
Greeshma is a Registered Physiotherapist with a background in Occupational Rehabilitation, dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical safety and mindful movement. After years of seeing preventable workplace injuries and the psychosocial interplay, she founded Mindful Yoga Collective to bring a proactive, evidence-based approach to wellness.
Whether she is conducting corporate yoga classes or leading a private recovery session, Greeshma views movement through a diagnostic lens, ensuring every practice is anatomically safe and tailored to the individual's nervous system.
When she's not on the mat or in the office, you'll likely find Greeshma at a pottery wheel or getting lost in vintage and thrift stores hunting for unique finds.
Yoga Teacher
Georgia has been teaching Yoga and Pilates for over 3 years, and first began her practice due to a dance background growing up. Her classes focus on connecting to the breath and body in a calming, sometimes challenging, but overall empowering way.
Teaching in a corporate environment is one of the most rewarding parts of Georgia's week, as it's so incredibly noticeable the difference in people's mood, posture and energy between the start and end of class, it's a joy getting to facilitate this.
When Georgia isn't teaching, she's studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) full time and equally loves this as much as her teaching practice.
Yoga Teacher
Roz commenced her journey as a yoga teacher in 2018 after completing her 200 HR YTT in Hatha Vinyasa with Creature Yoga in Byron Bay and has since taught regularly across various Brisbane yoga studios and gyms. She is certified as an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and has completed additional hours of training to not only fulfill her continuous thirst for learning but more importantly, to evolve and expand her teaching.
She regards herself as a student first, and it's her regular practice of the Iyengar Yoga method over the last 5 years that has influenced her current style. Her teaching reflects her passion for alignment, intelligent sequencing, integrity, building physical and mental resilience, inclusion, and fostering a sustainable yoga practice.
Before becoming a Yoga Teacher, Roz's last corporate job was at 111 Eagle Street, where she now teaches Corporate Yoga!
